I sharpen anything with an edge
I sharpen with water, never dry. The wheel turns slowly under a constant stream of water, so your blade never overheats and keeps every bit of its bite.
Kitchen knives
Chef, santoku, paring, boning and fillet knives.
Cleavers and axes
Butcher cleavers, Chinese cleavers, mezzalunas, splitting axes and hatchets.
Garden and yard tools

What I do not take Japanese knives, scissors and shears (sewing, hairdressing, barber) and bladed weapons. For anything else, I look at the piece before confirming.

The price I quote you is the price you pay
One price per blade, and it drops when you have several. Drop-off costs nothing extra. If you would rather I came to you, pickup and delivery is $15 in Montreal and on the South Shore, quoted elsewhere.

What people ask me most
How soon do I get my blades back?
Normally 24 to 48 hours once I have them. If you are in a hurry, the 24 h rush service costs 25% more. I confirm the exact timing at drop-off or pickup, since it depends on your area and how many blades you have.
Do I drop them off, or do you pick them up?
Either works. Drop-off is the simplest, and it costs nothing extra. If you would rather not travel, pickup and delivery is $15 in Montreal and on the South Shore, no matter how many blades. Elsewhere, I quote you based on the distance. Put your neighbourhood in the form and I will confirm.
How do I pay?
On delivery, in cash, by Interac e-transfer or by card. Nothing upfront, you pay when you get your blades back.
